Vein Treatments
Veins can be treated in a number of ways depending on whether they are spider veins which are smaller and appear on the legs and face or varicose and reticular veins which are larger and appear on the legs and can be bothersome.
We have a variety of methods to take care of veins from lasers to injections. A consultation will determine which treatment is right for you.
Sclerotherapy
This is a safe and effective treatment for bigger veins such as varicose veins. The procedure involves injecting a biological detergent into the vein, which causes it to stick together and close up. Your body will naturally remove it from your system, and you will see changes in color and firmness within 3-6 months. Keep in mind that larger veins may take longer to heal.
VeinGogh
is a minimally invasive and safe procedure that effectively treats smaller veins and broken capillaries that cannot be treated with sclerotherapy. The treatment uses microburst technology to deliver a quick electric current and heat to collapse damaged veins, which will eventually fade and be reabsorbed by the body. VeinGogh is effective for spider veins on the face while our laser treatment is most effective to treat leg veins.
YAG
Our Splendor X laser for hair removal has a vein and vascular setting that treats spider veins, broken capillaries, and vascular lesions. The laser beams penetrate deeper through the dermis to break down smaller surface veins. This is an effective treatment to remove any residual spider veins on the legs after sclerotherapy injection treatment.
